Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the browser extensions published by Eklentio (“we”, “us”), including Watzle, and the related websites and services (together, the “Services”). By installing or using a Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

Our extensions run in your own browser. Each extension’s page on this website describes what it does, its free plan and its paid plans. Our extensions are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Google, WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.; your use of third-party services (for example WhatsApp) is also subject to their terms.

2. Accounts

• Features that need an account are used by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for all activity in your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old. If you use a Service for a business, you must be authorised to act for it.

3. Plans and payment

• Each extension has a free plan with no end date and with usage limits shown on its page.
• Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on the extension’s page and at checkout. VAT or sales tax may be added depending on your country.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com. Your card details never reach us. Paddle issues your invoice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, for the same length, and are charged to your saved payment method until you cancel.
• A price change applies to an existing subscription only from its next renewal and after we have told you in advance.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from “Manage subscription” in the extension. Paid features stay on until the end of the period you paid for; then the account returns to the free plan. Refunds are described in our Refund & cancellation policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use any Service to break the law or to harm others. In particular you agree not to:

• send unsolicited messages (spam), or message people who have not agreed to receive messages from you;
• use bought, rented, shared or scraped lists of phone numbers, including numbers taken from groups or contacts for people who have not agreed to hear from you;
• keep messaging anyone who has asked you to stop (for example by replying “STOP”), or remove numbers from the opt-out list to message them again;
• send fraud, phishing, misleading content, gambling, adult content, or offers for illegal products or services;
• send harassing, hateful or threatening content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• process personal data in breach of applicable law (including KVKK, the GDPR and laws on electronic commercial messages);
• reverse engineer the Services, bypass plan limits, or disrupt our servers.

For Watzle specifically: you may only message people who know you and have agreed to receive messages from you (for example your customers), and you must honour opt-out requests. You alone are responsible for the content of your messages, for your recipients’ consent and for complying with the WhatsApp Terms of Service and Business Policy. WhatsApp may restrict accounts under its own rules; we have no control over such decisions.

6. Complaints and suspension

Anyone can report misuse to abuse@eklentio.com.tr. If we reasonably believe an account breaks these terms (for example after a spam complaint), we may suspend or close it, with notice or, in urgent cases, without notice. A suspended account is signed out of all devices and cannot use the Services. Accounts closed for breaking these terms are not refunded for the remaining subscription period.

7. Your data

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy. Data that an extension stores in your browser stays on your computer; you are responsible for backing it up.

8. Intellectual property

The extensions, our brand and content belong to us. As long as you follow these terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Services for yourself or your business’s internal use.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is”. Features may stop working temporarily because of changes to third-party websites (for example WhatsApp Web); we try to fix these within a reasonable time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data, or account decisions taken by third parties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the extension or by email. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction; consumers keep the rights given to them by the law of their country of residence.
